The Stewards authorised the following substitutions of riders at this meeting:

The Raceday Stewards enquired into the circumstances surrounding the late arrival of S. Coen, the declared rider of Narlita (GER), necessitating a change of rider. Evidence was heard from S. Coen who stated that he was caught in traffic on route to the racetrack and apologised. Having considered the evidence, the Raceday Stewards accepted the explanation given and took no further action on this occasion.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Denim And Diamonds, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got no run in the straight.

W.J. Lee, rider of Navy Waters, trained by W. McCreery, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran short of room for a stride on pulling up, after the winning line.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Tatum, trained by Noel Meade, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount ran too free.

G.M. Ryan, rider of Hip Hop Chrissy, trained by Donnacha Aidan O'Brien, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount went right after the road crossing.

The Raceday Stewards granted a request from Mark Fahey, trainer of Monty Bear, for an additional ten minutes to present his charge for identification by an IHRB Official in accordance with the provisions of Rule 90(i).

Reese Holohan, rider of Monty Bear, trained by Mark Fahey, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount jumped awkwardly from the starting stalls.

R. Whearty, rider of King Of Eze (GB), trained by A. Oliver, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

The Raceday Stewards interviewed Kian McNally, rider of Thaloria (GB), concerning his use of the whip in the closing stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who accepted he was in breach of the Whip Regulation and apologised for his actions. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards were satisfied the rider was in breach of Reg.10.3(g)(frequency) and having considered his clean record in this regard, they suspended him for two racedays. Kian McNally was accompanied by Senior Rider J.M. Sheridan for this enquiry.

D.P. McDonogh, rider of All Is Bright, trained by J. S. Bolger, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got a bump two furlongs out.

R.P. Whelan, rider of Limestone Red, trained by Tracey Collins, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got tight for room leaving the stalls.

C.D. Hayes, rider of Annacroft, trained by John C. McConnell, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was hampered going into the first turn and hung left throughout. Having reviewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.

P. McGettigan, rider of Big Bill (FR), trained by Aidan Melia, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung left throughout.

W.J. Lee, rider of Folk Warrior, trained by J.A. Nash, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the straight.

The Raceday Stewards requested a report from A. Oliver, trainer, as to the apparent improvement in form of Connecteo, placed first, as compared with its last run. A. Oliver stated that his charge ran far too keen and didn't get home on its last run in Dundalk on the 25th of September. Having considered the report, the Raceday Stewards noted the content.

J.M. Sheridan, rider of Ephesus, trained by Denis Gerard Hogan, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount stopped quickly five furlongs out.

W.M. Lordan, rider of Nod Of Approval, trained by Mrs John Harrington, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount was slowly away.

L.T. McAteer, rider of Michinaga, trained by Charles Weld, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount got upset in the starting stalls.
